PlayCities is a mobile application designed for city exploration through interactive “mission-style” routes, where users solve clues to discover places, stories, and local heritage. Each route lasts around two hours and may take place both indoors and outdoors. Our goal is to turn each city into a game-like experience that promotes local culture, shares unique stories, and supports local communities.
2. Key Definitions
- Application (App): Refers to the PlayCities mobile app, available on Google Play and App Store.
- Website: The official PlayCities web platform, accessible via the domain indicated in future versions of the app or official documentation.
- Route or “quest”: A self-guided digital journey completed by solving clues. Approximate duration: 2 hours.
- Clue: Text (with or without image) providing necessary information to proceed or finish a route.
- Extra Clue: Supplementary information that helps solve a clue or complete the activity.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app or website. In case of technical issues, we will address them as quickly as possible.
Participation in our routes is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or incidents resulting from using our services.
8. Proprietary Content
All texts, images, designs, graphics, sounds, videos, source code, and other visible elements of PlayCities (the “Proprietary Content”) belong to GIANT INTERACTIVE MAPS or are used with permission.

10. User Content in the “Creators Room”
All content submitted by users in the "Creators Room" section is subject to prior review by the PlayCities team. We are not obligated to publish routes that do not meet our quality or content standards.
11. Use of Trademarks and Logos
Trademarks, logos, and other distinctive signs associated with PlayCities are the property of GIANT INTERACTIVE MAPS and are protected by rights recognized in the EU and other jurisdictions.
Use of third-party marks on our platforms is solely for identification purposes and does not infringe ownership rights.
12. Intellectual Property Policy and Claims
We respect third-party intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been misused on our app or website, send a detailed claim to contact@giantinteractivemaps.com, including proof of ownership and a clear description of the alleged violation.
